• Drive Global Solutions: act as central contact for new business requirements and process improvement from international regions.
• Optimize Processes: analyze Service & Repair processes for standardization, automation, digitalization, and AI enhancements.
• Translate Requirements: convert business needs into clear system requirements, technical specs, and user stories for development teams.
• Enable Innovation: support the implementation and adoption of AI-powered solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and other automation technologies.
• Ensure Quality: coordinate testing activities, perform UAT, and validate new functionalities before release.
• Empower Users: deliver training, documentation, change communications, and ongoing support to regional application experts and end users.

• Drive Global Solutions: Act as the central contact for new business requirements and process improvement initiatives from our international regions.
• Optimize Processes: Analyze Service & Repair processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, digitalization, and AI-supported enhancements.
• Translate Requirements: Convert business needs into clear system requirements, technical specifications, and user stories for development teams.
• Enable Innovation: Support the implementation and adoption of AI-powered solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and other automation technologies.
• Ensure Quality: Coordinate testing activities, perform user acceptance testing, and validate new functionalities before release.
• Empower Users: Deliver training, documentation, change communication, and ongoing support to regional application experts and end users.

What you should be good at

• Digital Mindset: Strong IT affinity and a solid understanding of business applications, system landscapes, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Process Expertise: Experience in process management, business analysis, and project execution within an international environment.
• System Knowledge: Practical experience with SAP; knowledge of ServiceNow, ESM solutions, SQL databases, or data analysis is an advantage.
• AI & Automation: Interest or experience in AI solutions, process automation, Microsoft Copilot, and modern digital workplace technologies.
• Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management capabilities and confidence when presenting to internal and external audiences.
• Global Collaboration: Fluent English skills, an agile mindset, and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 10%.
