• Experience in pharma/health tech or top-tier consulting.
• Proven end-to-end transformation delivery experience.

• Define engine vision, objectives, outcomes, and value framework.
• Own integrated roadmap across teams and priorities.
• Lead end-to-end workflow redesign to improve outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional transformation across business, tech, data, and enablement.
• Establish governance and escalation paths to accelerate delivery.
• Monitor adoption, impact, risks, and milestones with corrective actions.
• Influence portfolio decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead implementation, stabilization, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Share best practices and reusable assets across programs.
