• Proven expertise in data, analytics, market research, forecasting.
• Digital transformation and AI enablement experience.
• Strong change management capability in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and retain diverse, high-performing teams.
