XPENG in Austria seeks an Event & Sponsoring Specialist to plan, organize and execute national trade fair appearances and partner events. You will develop and implement marketing activities to raise brand visibility and manage sponsorships with external agencies and partners.

With a degree in business/marketing and at least four years of event marketing experience, you will drive event traffic, coordinate dealer events, and ensure budgets and timelines are maintained while collaborating

Job Title: Event & Sponsoring Specialist - Austria

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization, planning, organization, and execution of target group-specific events as well as national trade fair and exhibition appearances.
• Development and implementation of marketing activities to increase national visibility of the brand, products, and technologies among customers, partners, and media.
• Management and implementation of sponsorship and collaboration projects
• Development and implementation of joint activations with collaboration partners
• Maintenance of existing partnerships and identification of new collaboration opportunities
• Driving event traffic and generating qualified, target group-specific leads.
• Planning, coordination, and support of dealer and partner events.
• Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external agencies, service providers, and partners.
• Budget planning, cost calculation, and ongoing budget and cost controlling.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Communication Studies, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in event marketing, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in successfully planning and executing events
• High level of creativity, flexibility, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Strong initiative, independent working style, and excellent self-management skills.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• High level of organizational talent and a structured approach to work.
