Allocator One is seeking a seasoned buyout professional to build and lead our European buyout strategy, working alongside the founding partners. The role focuses on capital formation, shaping operator-led vehicles, and establishing a durable European franchise.

You will anchor relationships with institutional LPs, family offices and high‑quality allocators, represent the strategy at the senior level, and work across the Allocator One platform to integrate diligence, governance and data

Aufgaben

• Own and lead capital formation for European buyout strategy.
• Anchor and shape first-time buyout managers and operator-led vehicles.
• Represent the strategy externally at the most senior level.
• Work closely with the founding partners to integrate buyout investing with the Allocator One platform.
• Contribute to investment governance without being positioned as a deal-execution or portfolio-operations partner.
