Job summary

Becton Dickinson in Austria (Vienna) seeks a Manager, PMO, Solution Deployment Europe to lead a regional PMO across Central, Northern, Western and Southern Europe. Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in life sciences, medical tech, healthcare, IT or PM.
• Proven leadership in PMO, delivery or operational leadership.
• Experience with governance, forecasting, resource planning and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional PMO team across Europe and ensure delivery performance.
• Coordinate onboarding, training and governance for PMO processes.
• Manage regional revenue forecasting, targets and recovery plans.
• Build relationships with regional leaders and key customers to ensure outcomes.
