Job summary

BD is seeking a Manager, PMO, Solution Deployment Europe to lead a regional PMO across Central, Northern, Western and Southern Europe. You will drive delivery, governance and forecasting for customer implementations, collaborating with Commercial, Services and cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and project commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and an ability to manage complex delivery with accountability for regional performance and escalations.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (life sciences, healthcare, IT or PMO).
• Proven leadership experience in PMO or project delivery.
• Strong governance, forecasting and financial performance understanding.
• Healthcare/MedTech or capital equipment project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional PMO team across Europe, including hiring, coaching and growth.
• Own onboarding and PMO methodology, forecasting and training.
• Drive delivery performance, manage risks and ensure customer outcomes.
• Own regional Revenue Recognition governance, forecasting accuracy and budget.
• Represent PMO in escalations and cross-functional initiatives.
