OSCE Secretariat in Vienna seeks an Environmental Affairs Adviser to develop and coordinate environmental projects, contribute to policy dialogue, and build partnerships across OSCE structures and participating States. The role involves planning activities, ensuring coherence with national policies, and delivering measurable results.

The incumbent reports to the Senior Environmental Affairs Adviser and works with regional and international partners to promote environmental governance and climate

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Economics, International Relations or Political Sciences.
• Five years of professional experience, international/multilateral preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is an asset.
• Gender and diversity awareness and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Computer literacy with MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Develop and coordinate environmental projects in line with OSCE standards.
• Identify needs and priorities, align with policies and maximize impact.
• Organize meetings, trainings, and conferences with partners.
• Establish external partnerships with international bodies and NGOs.
• Represent OCEEA at meetings and inform participating States.
