Cordis is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative in Linz to support territory development, engage customers, and drive sales for our medical devices. You will work closely with senior leaders and clinical specialists to learn the products and processes that improve patient care.

No prior medical device or sales experience is required; transferable skills from customer service, hospitality, nursing, or retail are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and English required (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Degree in Business, Medical Technology, Engineering, or Healthcare Management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist in executing territory strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and evaluations in clinical settings.
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Deliver exceptional service to reinforce customer satisfaction and product loyalty.
• Track leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in CRM tools.
• Support inventory accuracy and territory logistics; assist in forecasting and reporting.
