Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand or Supply Chain Planning.
• Knowledge of SAP/IBP or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English; other languages are beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, customer insights, and market trends.
• Analyze forecast performance, identify deviations, and drive accuracy improvements.
• Support demand review meetings and align demand plans with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Contribute to S&OP by preparing scenarios, risks, opportunities, and planning assumptions.
• Maintain high-quality planning data in SAP/IBP and ensure accurate integration of data.
• Monitor KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Service Level) and coordinate improvement actions.
