Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Vienna seeks an E2E Supply Chain Planner to shape and optimize Takeda’s end-to-end supply chain network, using data-driven insights for capacity planning, production location decisions, logistics optimization and broader network strategies.

You will collaborate across functions and with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance, resilience and service while supporting Takeda’s evolving business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in supply chain management, network design, planning or logistics.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience with capacity planning, inventory management, and production footprint decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in changing environments.

Aufgaben

• Balance supply with demand while respecting capacity and market needs.
• Generate monthly S&OP plans for the plasma-derived therapies unit.
• Analyze data to identify constraints and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with site operations and finance on capacity usage.
• Interface with production planners to execute MPS and resolve issues.
• Contribute to midterm inventory planning.
• Support long-range planning and value stream mapping.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to enable decision-making.
• Work on continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
