You will partner with Commercial, manage service reliability, inventory, cost and cash, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Planning, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and more. Travel ~30% is expected.

• Must have end-to-end supply chain experience in complex environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and transformations.
• Strong understanding of IBP / S&OP processes and ERPs.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for CH, AT & Nordics with global alignment.
• Partner with Commercial to support growth, ensure supply reliability and launch readiness.
• Own customer service performance with KPIs and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Manage supply disruptions with regional teams and recovery plans.
