Zusammenfassung

Vans EMEA is seeking an Inventory Operations Manager to lead forecasting and optimization across a multi-node European network. Based in Stabio, Switzerland, you will drive monthly cycles, open-to-buy, and coordinate with DCs, planning, and finance to optimize stock and service levels.

You will oversee liquidation planning for distressed inventory, support the sustainability donation processes, and coach the Inventory Team toward calendar-based targets and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Management, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in similar inventory roles.
• Fluent English and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook for planning and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Oversee inventory forecasting and optimization across multiple nodes.
• Lead monthly inventory cycle including actuals and forecast.
• Drive open-to-buy process to meet channel targets.
• Coordinate with DCs, planning, and finance departments on inbound/outbound flows.
• Develop liquidation plans for distressed inventory and coordinate donation processes.
• Support regional S&OP and senior leadership decks.
