You will lead a network of country customs leads across Europe and the UK, guiding regional compliance and governance frameworks while partnering with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Sourcing to drive operational excellence.

The role emphasizes strategic policy shaping, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless import/export operations across the EMEA region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in customs/international trade/global trade compliance.
• Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.

• Lead a network of Country Customs Leads across multiple EU member states and the UK.
• Oversee in-country customs compliance teams and drive governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Tax, Sourcing, Product Development and Commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across markets and distribution centers.
