Zusammenfassung

Zimmer Austria in Kufstein designs and builds digital textile printing machines. We seek a technically curious engineer to join our small development team and bring hardware and software to life, from PCB design to embedded programming.

You will work independently, enjoy fast decisions, and contribute to product validation, production readiness, and after-sales support in a crisis-proof industry. English and German technical documentation are required.

• Hardware development: PCB design and oversee the process to mass production.

• Successful completion of a technical high school (HTL) program in electronics and computer engineering or a similar field.
• Curiosity and motivation to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex processes and modern technologies. You enjoy independently familiarizing yourself with new subject areas and demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Ideally, initial experience with EDA tools for PCB layout, as well as knowledge of C/C++ and VHDL/Verilog, is a plus.
• You enjoy working independently, keep a cool head even during the prototyping phase, and value close collaboration within a small team.
• Good German and solid English skills for technical documentation are required.
