Job summary

Qualifications
- HTL/UAS/University in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics/automation.
- Experience in maintenance in manufacturing preferred.
- Solid knowledge of TPM and fault analysis.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities for production facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions, perform fault diagnostics, and develop solutions to optimize availability.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and create maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement to minimize downtime.
- Introduce new technologies and methods for continuous maintenance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and occupational safety standards.
