Job summary

Schloss Leopoldskron is looking for a conscientious Dishwasher in Salzburg, Austria to join a dynamic team. You will clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, keep the kitchen organized, and follow HACCP standards to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

The role offers a gross annual salary between EUR 28,364 and EUR 37,511 (paid in 14 installments), flexible working hours, training with German language support, relocation assistance, complimentary meals during shifts, free on-site parking,

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize pans, utensils, pots and equipment in the kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen organized, well-maintained and clean.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and HACCP standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
• Ensure floors, walls and dishwashing area meet guidelines and schedule.
• Identify and replace broken items promptly.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Clean and sanitize pans, utensils, pots and pans and equipment used in the kitchen

• Ensure the kitchen stays organized, well-maintained and clean throughout

• Follow all sanitation guidelines and HACCP standards

• Keep the waste disposal area clean and safe

• Maintain floors’, walls’ and dishwashing area’s cleanliness according to the Kitchen guidelines and schedule

• Remove any breakages and damaged items from central circulation and share timely updates for replacement

• Take ownership of tasks and complete them reliably and independently
