MED-EL in Innsbruck, Austria, is hiring for an IT professional to join the IT Cloud & Digital Workplace Team. You will manage and enhance our global endpoint environment and support virtual workplace solutions for colleagues worldwide.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT and at least two years of experience in endpoint management, with strong English skills; German is a plus. We offer a central location, flexible hours, and an international environment.

The IT Cloud & Digital Workplace Team is part of MED-EL's IT department. We design, deliver, and support modern digital workplace solutions for colleagues worldwide. Our focus is on endpoints, virtual workspaces, automation, and user experience, enabling productive, secure, and seamless ways of working.

Your Tasks

• Manage and continuously enhance our global endpoint environment to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient digital workplace
• Support and optimize virtual workplace solutions, providing applications and desktop environments for colleagues worldwide
• Implement automation, compliance, and security measures to improve the reliability, quality, and performance of workplace services
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve the digital employee experience while supporting troubleshooting activities
• Contribute ideas, drive innovation, and take ownership of implementation projects in close collaboration with the team

Your Profile

• Bachelor´s degree or higher (University/FH) in IT or a related field, with a strong interest in modern workplace technologies
• At least two years of professional experience in endpoint management, client systems, or digital workplace solutions across on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments
• Solid knowledge of client operating systems and experience with software deployment, endpoint management, automation, or virtual workplace technologies
• Strong motivation to continuously develop your skills, embrace change, and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance employee experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage

Further Information

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from €54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
