MED-EL in Innsbruck, Austria, is seeking a digital IC design professional to develop mixed-signal modules for advanced hearing implant systems. You will work on RTL in VHDL/Verilog and contribute across the IC lifecycle from concept to first-silicon testing.

The role requires a strong background in digital design, ASIC/SoC flows, and proficiency with EDA tools and scripting. English communication is essential, German is a plus, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams is central.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in digital IC design with RTL development using VHDL and/or Verilog; 2+ years of professional experience is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of ASIC/SoC development flows, simulation, verification, and implementation, including EDA tools and scripting.
• Interest in mixed-signal systems and embedded signal-processing architectures, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; excellent English skills are required, German is a plus.

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from € 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
