RHI Magnesita N.V. in Wien seeks a Digital Collaboration & AI Solutions Specialist to enable colleagues to use AI tools effectively, improving productivity globally. You will train, support, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows, reporting to the Head of Digital Collaboration & AI Solutions within a 12-person team.

You will champion Copilot Studio agents, design practical guidance, and work across Microsoft 365 ecosystems to create tangible value for people and the business.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Several years in IT, ideally Microsoft 365 admin roles.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude) and prompting.
• Scripting/automation skills, PowerShell preferred for admin tasks.
• Experience designing training programs with clear tech explanations.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange).
• Knowledge of Power Platform is a strong plus.

Digital Collaboration & AI Solutions Specialist (all genders)

This role is about making AI genuinely useful across a global business. As a Digital Collaboration & AI Solutions Specialist, you will help colleagues turn the potential of AI tools into real productivity gains by enabling, training, supporting, and continuously improving how they work. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Collaboration & AI Solutions, you will join a team of 12 specialists responsible for shaping the future of our digital workplace. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI solutions such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and custom-built agents, while also contributing to the ongoing development of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Combining hands-on AI expertise with a strong user focus, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization, helping them understand, adopt, and confidently use new technologies. Your mission is not only to implement solutions but to ensure they create real value for our people and our business.

• Driving adoption and administration of Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and related AI solutions
• Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities that empower users to confidently leverage AI tools in their daily work
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing agents in Copilot Studio to automate processes and improve employee experiences
• Supporting innovation initiatives through the use of agentic coding tools and AI-driven development approaches
• Creating practical guidance materials, user documentation, FAQs, and knowledge resources
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for user questions, feedback, and continuous improvement of our AI tool landscape

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in IT, ideally within Microsoft 365 administration and digital workplace environments
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, including practical prompting skills
• Scripting and automation skills, ideally with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
• Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or enablement programs, with the ability to explain technology in a clear and engaging way
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online
• Experience with Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is considered a strong advantage

Languages: English fluent, German is an advantage

Nice to have:

• Experience with Copilot Studio, agent development, or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code
• Knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance capabilities in the AI context, such as Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, and data loss prevention
• Experience with endpoint and device management or broader IT infrastructure topics
• Knowledge of OpenText or similar document management solutions

Our offer

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €55,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
