Zusammenfassung

Fonio, Europe’s market leader for AI phone agents for SMBs, is expanding to Vienna. You will own paid campaigns, scale them internationally, and manage large budgets with a performance-first mindset.

You’ll set up tracking, test campaign structures, and collaborate with Performance Marketing and Go-to-Market teams. English is the company language; German is a big plus, relocation to Vienna is available.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running international ad campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience managing large ad budgets with accountability.
• Strong analytical and structured work style.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

• Launch and scale new channels worldwide (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and beyond).
• Manage large budgets with accountability and a performance-first mindset.
• Own tracking and conversion setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more.
• Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages.
• Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact.
• Work closely with Performance Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.

Your Role

You own our paid campaigns and scale them internationally. You know how to handle huge budgets, test systematically, and drive performance across markets.

What to expect

• Launch and scale everything that isn't running yet - new channels like TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and beyond

• Manage large budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset

• Own tracking and conversion setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more

• Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages

• Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact

• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

Who We're Looking For

• You've run international ad campaigns across multiple channels and understand how markets differ

• You have experience managing large ad budgets and the accountability that comes with it

• Hardworking, analytical, structured, and a natural fit for a direct, ambitious culture

• Strong English skills, as English is our company language

• German skills are a big plus
