Ball Corporation is seeking a Process Start-Up expert to oversee Decorator/Printer equipment start-up across new builds, lines, and conversions. The role targets improving efficiency, quality, spoilage control and environmental compliance while supporting overall line performance.

You will lead start-ups, act as SME, train plant teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid or remote options are available depending on role requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Decorator/Printer equipment in can manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
• Ability to train and transfer knowledge to others.
• Experience with start-ups or line launches.

Aufgaben

• Lead safe equipment start-up, commissioning, and ramp-up.
• Act as SME for Decorator/Printer, driving stable, high-performance operation.
• Deliver hands‑on training to plant teams (primarily on-the-job).
• Troubleshoot issues and support rapid problem resolution during start‑up.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Validate SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food standards.
• Support transition from start‑up to steady-state production.
• Achieve efficiency and spoilage targets for new lines and conversions.
