AT&S is recruiting for a Director Operations Plant Hinterberg to own performance, people and results at a high-impact level. You will oversee operations, technology execution, and organizational leadership in a complex PCB manufacturing setting.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, a strategic mindset, and ability to build capabilities across intercultural teams. Excellent German and English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in PCB, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience in plant or operations management.
• Excellent understanding of cost structures and KPIs.
• Execution-driven leader able to drive implementation.

Aufgaben

• Own overall plant performance and deliver on targets (output, quality, cost, delivery, safety).
• Ensure reliable, predictable execution in a high- to low-volume production environment.
• Translate strategy into priorities and measurable actions; drive execution.
• Lead and develop the operations organization to deliver sustainable results.
• Build a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability.
• Drive shopfloor discipline, KPI reporting, and risk management.
• Oversee technology implementation and ramp-ups to meet performance goals.
• Maintain budget discipline and strategic resource decisions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
