Arvato seeks a Supervisor Data Centre (m/f/d) in Kronstorf to lead the on-site technical team, ensure daily operations, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will foster a safe, high-performing environment and drive continuous process improvements.

You will coordinate shifts, manage service delivery, and ensure adherence to safety standards while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• You are flexible, resilient and confident in critical, fast-paced technical environments.
• You communicate clearly, professionally and confidently – both internally and externally.
• Experience in logistics, data centres or white-glove services is an advantage.
• You have very good user knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office/Office 365).
• You understand team dynamics, reporting structures and customer-oriented operational processes.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical on-site team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage service delivery, escalation handling, and occupational safety.
• Plan shifts, allocate staff and equipment, and ensure high utilisation.
• Analyse KPIs and drive lean, structured, and sustainable processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee facility-related topics and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirements.
