Arvato sucht Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d) zur Koordination eines Data Centre Teams. Sie leiten Teammitglieder, steuern operationale Abläufe, Infrastruktur- und Materiallogistik, und arbeiten eng mit Kunden und Lieferanten zusammen.

Sie bringen Erfahrung in Logistik/Operations, ideal in Teamführung, starkes technisches Verständnis, fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und serviceorientierte Haltung.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in Logistik, technischen Betriebsablauf oder Data Centre-Umgebung.
• Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder Teamkoordination
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohe Serviceorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Aufgaben

• Koordination und Unterstützung des Teams im täglichen Data-Centre-Betrieb
• Bereitstellung, Bewegung und Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, Hardware und Infrastrukturkomponenten
• Unterstützung bei Installation, Verkabelung, Rack-Integration und Hardwarebereitstellung
• Sicherstellung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Betriebs- und SLA-Standards
• Erstkontakt bei operativen Themen, Vorfällen und Prozessverbesserungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern
• Unterstützung technischer Dokumentation, Berichterstattung, Inventarverwaltung und Asset Tracking

Job Description

As Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d), you will coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and provide guidance and support on technical, operational, and organizational topics. With your technical background and problem-solving mindset, you will help the team drive operational excellence. Are you on it?

• Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day data centre operations
• Manage the provision, movement and availability of materials, hardware and infrastructure components required for technical activities
• Support installation, cabling, rack integration and hardware deployment activities within critical IT infrastructure environments
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational and service-level standards
• Act as the first point of contact for operational topics, incident escalations and continuous process improvements
• Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical stakeholders
• Support technical documentation, reporting, inventory management and asset tracking activities

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment
• Ideally, first experience in functional leadership or team coordination
• Very good technical understanding
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work in shifts

Additional Information

The minimum salary for this position is €3,200.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
