Google is seeking a Community Development Manager based in Austria to drive data center community engagement and workforce development. You will support SPO's goals with data‑driven insights, partner with cross‑functional teams, and manage programs with local stakeholders to deliver measurable social impact.

You will build relationships with KOFs, government officials, and nonprofits, lead program execution, and help accelerate new data center projects aligned with management goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience working with local municipalities, associations, key opinion formers, non-profit decision makers, education institutions, and community members.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time as required.

Aufgaben

• Lead global data center community development strategies, investments, and impact.
• Engage with key opinion formers, community groups and non‑profits to ensure initiatives are centered around community needs and accelerating objectives.
• Collaborate to develop strategies to scale sub regional Community Affairs coverage in emerging markets, focusing on place-based frameworks and partnerships to produce location-specific plans based on research data turned into actionable insights to prioritize community needs.
• Develop communication tools and processes to educate local communities about the role and impact of our data centers, and create locally focused investment plans that are self‑sustaining.
