Google is seeking a Community Development Manager based in Austria to drive data center community engagement and workforce development. You will support SPO's goals with data‑driven insights, partner with cross‑functional teams, and manage programs with local stakeholders to deliver measurable social impact.

You will build relationships with KOFs, government officials, and nonprofits, lead program execution, and help accelerate new data center projects aligned with management goals.

• Ability to grow in a fluid multinational environment working across multiple lines of business.
• Ability to communicate in German fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.

As a Community Development Manager based in Austria, you will combine your community engagement and industry knowledge to support Google’s infrastructure growth. You will support SPO's community development and workforce innovation goals by providing data-driven insights and programmatic engagement that are based on community assessments for existing and prospective data center markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable social impact, develop and maintain relationships with key opinion formers (KOFs)/stakeholders and government officials and engage with a portfolio of community leaders, associations, and nonprofit organizations in your region. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of programmatic community development plans, working cross functionally to drive data center community impact with researching new in-market opportunities, and supporting accelerated delivery of new data center development projects aligned with management goals. You will be responsible for further entrenching community development best practices within an organization experiencing rapid growth, serving as a subject matter expert on data center delivery and community engagement and workforce development.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

• Austria: €142000 - €145000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
