Google, a leader in data center operations, is hiring a Lead Site HR Business Partner in Austria to support a hyper-scale DC footprint. You will partner with site leads and regional teams to drive people programs, enable regulatory compliance, and advocate Google's culture on the ground.

The role requires on-site presence up to four days a week, fluency in English and German, and deep knowledge of Austrian labor law and Works Council engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of HR experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Experience in Labor Relations including Works Council engagement in Austria.
• Experience with Austrian local employment law and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
• Fluent in English and German for client management in this region.

Aufgaben

• Act as thought partner for Site Leads to align local HR initiatives with global plans.
• Monitor labor trends to support a high-trust employee relations culture.
• Navigate DC operational nuances including shift management and working time requirements.
• Integrate people initiatives into daily Data Center operations for a consistent employee experience.
• Manage DC-related people tickets and employee cases end-to-end with GX country teams.
