Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Regional Fit-Out Manager to lead delivery of fit-out projects across the DACH region on a freelance basis. You will own project planning, budgets, timelines, and quality, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely openings that meet brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of regional experience in hospitality or design-led environments, strong leadership, and fluency in English and German, with a preference for Berlin or Vienna

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of architecture, interior design and construction.
• Excellent project and commercial management skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills for multiple project teams.
• Sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Structured, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Located in Berlin or Vienna.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-out projects across the DACH region from initiation to opening.
• Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risk, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Oversee multiple projects across the region, balancing priorities and resources.
• Support and coordinate Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Act as a regional point of contact for fit-out projects, providing reporting and escalation.
