Job summary

Mondelēz International, Inc. seeks a senior HSE leader to drive health, safety and environmental performance across DACH plants. You will lead cluster HSE planning and coordinate with Global, Regional and BU teams to implement the regional strategy.

You will mentor plant HSE teams, oversee risk assessments and training programs, and foster a strong HSE culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Mondelez policies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health, Safety or Env. field or equivalent.
• 7-10 years’ experience as a Health, Safety and Environmental practitioner, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated team, change and project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Cluster/Commercial-level HSE planning and implementation, supporting deployment of Global HSE Standards.
• Manage end-to-end HSE programs and processes, including risk assessment and Back to Basics initiatives.
• Ensure comprehensive risk assessments and effective controls to mitigate incidents and environmental issues.
• Provide guidance for incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
• Develop HSE talent through training, mentoring and succession planning.
