Lindt & Sprüngli (Austria) GesmbH in Vienna and Gloggnitz is seeking a Senior Regional EU Health & Safety Manager to drive the Health & Safety strategy across regional operations.

You will lead the deployment of the H&S Management System, align standards, and steward regional meetings with cross-functional teams. The role requires travel up to 60%, fluent English, and comfort working across multiple sites in Austria.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and global deployment of the Health & Safety Management System, adapting it for regional needs.
• Develop, review, and validate technical safety standards, guidance documents, and performance frameworks.
• Build and lead a global stakeholder network to assess practices, identify gaps, and define future H&S requirements.
• Define regional competency, capacity, and resource needs to ensure sustainable implementation of the H&S Management System.
• Coach and train leaders and teams on new standards, provide frontline technical support, and drive continuous improvement in H&S performance.

WhatYou'llDo:

• Support the development and global deployment of the Health & Safety Management System, adapting it for regional needs, governance, KPIs, and tools.
• Develop, review, and validate technical safety standards, guidance documents, and performance frameworks.
• Build and lead a global stakeholder network to assess current practices, identify gaps, and define future H&S requirements.
• Define regional competency, capacity, and resource needs to ensure sustainable implementation of the H&S Management System.
• Coach and train leaders and teams on new standards, provide front-line technical support, and drive continuous improvement in H&S performance.

What You Bring:

• Several years of professional experience, including frontline FMCG or manufacturing environments, with strong exposure to regional or global H&S systems.
• Proven expertise in one or more key H&S risk domains and experience deploying behavioral-based safety programs to drive sustainable cultural change.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a track record of collaborating across functions, cultures, and matrixed or decentralized organizations.
• Highly adaptable, open to evolving responsibilities as programs move from design to execution, with readiness for significant regional travel (40-60%).
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Italian, or French) preferred for EU-based roles.
