Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic B2B software sales professional to drive new business in the DACH region and internationally. You will lead from identification to closing, engage via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and events, and build senior-level networks across large enterprises.

You will qualify leads, craft tailored strategies, and guide the sales cycle from pitch to signing, while monitoring market trends to seize new opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or SAP environments.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and building lasting client relationships.
• Hunter mentality: strong communicator, persistent, and decisive in closing deals.
• Enjoy building out new markets and developing international customer relationships.
• Confident presence at client meetings, presentations, and trade shows or industry events.
• Structured, analytical mindset and professional pipeline management.
• High self-motivation, team spirit, and enthusiasm for innovative software solutions.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Independently generate new business in the DACH region and international markets – from identification to closing
• Proactively reach out via LinkedIn, phone, email, and at industry events and trade shows
• Build and maintain networks of decision-makers within large enterprises
• Conduct initial meetings, product presentations, and online demos together with Pre-Sales
• Qualify leads and develop tailored sales strategies
• Actively shape the sales process – from the pitch through to contract signing
• Continuously monitor the market to identify trends and new opportunities early
