Zusammenfassung

UNODC in Vienna seeks a substantive and technical expert to advance the UN Convention against Cybercrime. The role provides support to the Ad Hoc Committee and Conferences of States Parties, drafting session documents and conducting legal research.

Requirements include an advanced degree in political science, international relations, or law, with at least two years in crime prevention or cybercrime; experience servicing intergovernmental bodies is desirable. English and French are required.

Aufgaben

• Provide substantive and technical support to Ad Hoc Committee and Conference of States Parties.
• Draft pre-, in-, and post-session documents and support meetings.
• Prepare inputs for databases and legal policy materials.
• Conduct legal analysis and research on cybercrime matters.
• Review mechanisms for Convention ratification and implementation.
• Analyze data and produce reporting visualizations for decision-making.
