Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Dive-In: You'll gain your first experience in customer service or make a fresh start after a career break and dive into the world of marketplaces and e-commerce.
• Case Management: You handle customer inquiries for TikTok Shop in a solution-oriented manner and with a high standard of quality.
• Response Excellence: You ensure that inquiries are processed within the marketplaces’ specified response times so that our service quality is guaranteed at all times.
• Weekend Responsiveness: You will primarily work on an hourly basis on weekends and holidays. You will reliably and independently respond to all incoming messages within 24 hours.
• Team Collaboration: You'll be part of our Customer Excellence Team and will assist with other tasks related to customer service and e-commerce.

Your Compensation

Your previous work experience will be recognized and taken into account in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for retail employees, employment group C.

Welcome to the team

This position is part of the COMECOM (Communications & E-Commerce) division. As a Team Assistant in Customer Support, you'll be part of our Customer Excellence Team and will manage our TikTok Shop primarily on weekends and holidays. Your work schedule is easy to plan: Instead of flex time, you'll receive a monthly schedule with fixed shifts. To foster personal interaction and coordination within the team, you'll attend an in-person sync meeting once a week or every two weeks. Together, we'll ensure an excellent customer experience, satisfied customers, and a successful presence for Judith Williams Cosmetics on our digital marketplaces.
