VusionGroup is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Graz to collaborate with customers and partners, resolving issues and guiding installation of the VusionGroup solution. The role emphasizes independent ticket handling, multi-environment troubleshooting, and a customer-focused, collaborative approach.

Ideal candidates have an HTL/FH/university degree, experience with remote tools, LAN/WLAN, cloud environments, and Linux/Windows systems, plus strong German (C1) and English skills.

Qualifikationen

• HTL diploma or higher in IT or related field.
• Experience with remote support is a plus.
• Knowledge of LAN/WLAN and cloud environments.
• Experience with Linux and Windows ecosystems.

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and ticketing tool.
• Assist with installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues.
• Prepare reports and document processes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues
• Independent handling of support tickets and coordination of fixes with 3rd level support
• Responding to inquiries via phone, Email, and ticketing tool
• Support with the installation and configuration of the VusionGroupsolution
• Troubleshooting system, network, and software issues
• Targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries
• Process documentation and preparation of relevant reports

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree

Experience:

• Experience using remote support tools is an advantage
• Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, Linux & Windows)
• Professional experience is an advantage

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong implementation skills, assertiveness, and initiative
• Willingness to travel and perform
• Customer-oriented working style
• Friendly and strong team player
• German Level C1and good English skills, both written and spoken

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
