Zusammenfassung

Bitpanda GmbH in Vienna seeks a Product Manager for Securities & Commodities to own key flows and translate complex financial concepts into simple retail experiences. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business Operations to deliver cross-European fintech solutions, write detailed specs, and drive feature adoption with data-driven decisions.

The role requires 2–4 years in trading/fintech PM, strong capital markets knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience building trading, retail brokerage, or fintech products (MiFID II or regulated environment preferred).
• Strong understanding of capital markets, order execution flows, clearing, and retail investing mechanics.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide feature iterations.

Aufgaben

• Own specific product flows within Securities & Commodities (e.g., equity trading interfaces, margin trading touchpoints).
• Write clear specs, process flows, and user stories; be the primary day-to-day contact for Engineering.
• Partner with UX, Design, and Data teams to translate complex financial concepts into transparent, high-converting retail experiences.
• Maintain fast shipping velocity by collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Track feature adoption and performance metrics to identify UX friction and drive optimization.
