Bitpanda operates a trading platform that enables first-time investors and experienced traders to invest in cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities. Its products serve more than 7 million customers across Europe.

Задачи

• Own a dedicated area within the crypto product suite end to end, from discovery through release and continuous iteration
• Run product discovery, frame problems, define hypotheses, and validate solutions with users and data before committing engineering effort
• Write clear product requirements and partner with designers on user flows so Engineering and Compliance teams can execute without ambiguity
• Define tracking events and success metrics for every feature to measure impact and guide data-driven iterations
• Manage cross-functional trade-offs, lead escalations, and stay hands-on during critical incidents as the accountable owner of the product area

Требования

• Meaningful product management experience building customer-facing products at a crypto, trading, or fintech company
• Strong, genuine passion for crypto, blockchain, or trading beyond day-to-day work
• Strong UX sense and a proven track record of end-to-end product discovery and writing clear product requirements
• Exceptional reliability and dedication to taking ownership, including stepping in during critical issues regardless of timing
• Hands-on experience defining tracking events and using data to measure feature impact
