• 3-5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation experience, ideally in D2C e-commerce.
• Initial leadership experience and the ability to guide a team through change and growth.
• Strong hands-on experience with an ESP or customer engagement platform.

• Own the CRM ecosystem including email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
• Develop a long-term CRM strategy focused on automation, retention, and CLV.
• Lead CRM performance through KPIs like CLV, revenue from flows, retention, and margins.
• Design scalable lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Content, and Product to align CRM with business goals.
