Qualifikationen

• Hands-on protein engineering and CRISPR experience.
• Experience with tissue culture and cell-based assays.
• Proficient in computational protein design; basic coding.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop novel protein constructs for CRISPR epigenetic platform.
• Develop construct architectures and linker strategies based on engineering principles.
• Translate hypotheses into designs and workflows, driving Design–Build–Test–Learn cycles.
• Perform cloning, protein expression and functional characterization.
• Apply computational predictions to guide engineering strategies.
• Independently design, execute and interpret experiments for construct function.
• Validate constructs using tissue culture and cell-based assays.
• Present results and collaborate with stakeholders.
