EB Research Institute GmbH, a non-profit biotech organization, seeks a Project Manager (m/f/d) for its Vienna laboratory to oversee R&D projects from concept through pre-clinical stages.

You will coordinate with scientists, clinical researchers, industrial partners, and institute management, manage budgets and reporting, and require a Master’s or Ph.D. in biosciences with at least 2 years of biotech project management experience. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in biological sciences or related life sciences.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Plan, track, and manage R&D projects from concept through pre-clinical and translational stages.
• Coordinate data exchange, schedule progress meetings, and ensure clear communication among teams.
• Create project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on resource allocation.
• Set up and maintain project schedules, action items, and documentation.
• Prepare project updates, risk analyses, and status reports for management and partners.
