Ideal candidates bring at least five years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a structured, ownership-minded working style. EU/Austrian regulations knowledge and German language are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk analysis or a similar role.
• Strong financial analysis skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; sense of ownership.
• Degree in Finance, Economics or related field; knowledge of corporate lending and EU/Austrian regulations; German advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Analyze credit proposals based on financial, industrial and structural factors.
• Perform financial analysis (balance sheet, cash flow, profitability, etc.).
• Prepare credit risk assessment reports.
• Support the Credit Committee's decision-making process.
• Monitor covenants and conditions; follow up on financial documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain missing information; ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Apply internal credit policies and procedures; identify and flag risks.
