Leap29 is recruiting a Cost Manager to join a major Data Centre project in Vienna, Austria. The role is on-site for an initial 12-month contract with potential for permanent opportunities, starting ASAP.

Leap29 is currently supporting a major Data Centre project in Vienna and is looking for an experienced Cost Manager to join the project team on an initial 12-month contract. This is a client-facing position working closely with the Project Director, construction teams and wider MEP delivery team, supporting the commercial and cost management of a major Data Centre development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project costs across Electrical, MEP and Construction packages
• Maintain cost forecasts, budgets and project cost reporting
