In this role, you will support controlling and reporting across an international company environment. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, management and colleagues in our international subsidiaries.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting controlling and reporting processes across the group
- Preparing and further developing regular reports, analyses and management KPIs
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Analysing financial and operational performance indicators and deriving practical recommendations
- Developing and improving controlling processes and tools
- Working closely with Finance, Accounting and international stakeholders
- Deputising within the Finance team, including support with accounting and financial reporting matters
- Reviewing the monthly accounts of our international subsidiaries
What you bring
You combine strong analytical skills with a structured and reliable approach to your work. You are comfortable handling sensitive financial information and take ownership of the quality of your results.
You also bring:
- A completed commercial or business qualification with a focus on Controlling or Finance
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international group
- Experience in reporting, financial analysis and planning processes
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with controlling and ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting would be an advantage
- A structured, independent way of working and a strong focus on quality
- A high level of discretion, reliability and responsibility when handling sensitive data
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical ability
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
