Komet Austria is offering an Electrical Engineering Apprentice position to join our production team. You will work on CNC milling and turning machines and learn setup, tool changes and quality inspection processes.

We value precise, reliable workmanship, teamwork, and a strong interest in further training and professional development. Two-shift schedules support flexibility and growth within the metal industry.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training in machining or related field.
• Initial CNC machining experience is a plus.
• Strong practical skills and technical understanding.

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines independently.
• Set up, adjust and retool CNC equipment including tool changes.
• Perform quality inspections, measurements and documentation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of machinery.
• Monitor parts to ensure consistent quality and process stability.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Operating CNC milling and turning machines independently
• Setting up, adjusting and retooling CNC equipment, including tool changes
• Carrying out quality inspections, measurements and documentation
• Performing routine maintenance and servicing work
• Monitoring manufactured parts and ensuring consistent quality and process stability
• Contributing to the improvement and further development of production processes
