Content & Communications Specialist (f/m/d)

Your mission:

Are you creative and passionate about turning complex topics into stories that spark interest and build trust?

In this role, you bring DIMOCO’s expertise to life through compelling content and communications. You find fresh ways to tell our story, give our brand a distinctive voice and connect with the audiences that matter. Combining creativity, strong writing skills and an understanding of what resonates, you create content that builds meaningful connections and contributes to real business impact.

What you’ll do:

• Own the LinkedIn editorial calendar. Strategy, planning, writing, publishing, and honest reporting on what worked. Plus, the employee amplification side, because a company page alone does not carry reach.
• Write and coordinate press releases, op-eds and paid articles. Including the media relationships, the agency briefs and the internal approval loops.
• Run the DIMOCO blog. Topic pipeline, briefs, writing, SEO and AI search basics, publishing on dimoco.com.
• Build media and industry partnerships. Association memberships, event and media co-operations, guest content and podcast swaps. The reach we do not have to buy.
• Support campaign planning from the content side: what each campaign needs, what already exists, what has to be built.
• Keep the messaging consistent across website, social, PR, sales material and events. You are the guardian of our tone of voice, and you are allowed to correct people, including us.

Your profile:

• +4 years in B2B content, communications or PR. Payments, fintech, SaaS or another explaining-heavy industry is an advantage.
• Writing that is clear, factual and free of filler, in English and German.
• Strong organisational skills. You run an editorial calendar other people can rely on: deadlines, review loops, approvals, and the follow-ups.
• AI in your production line, not in your voice. You use it to work at a volume that would otherwise be impossible, and the output still reads like a specific person.
• Range. A LinkedIn hook, a 1,200 word blog article, a case study and a press release are four different crafts, and you can switch between them in the same day without everything sounding the same.
• Demand generation literacy. You know where a piece sits in the funnel, what it is supposed to do, and which numbers tell you whether it did it.

• Of course, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which we will be happy to discuss with you personally. For legal reasons we must indicate the minimum gross annual salary, starting at € 40.000,- (full-time). However, we are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
