Qestit Ag in Austria is seeking a Consultant Test Management to lead the preparation, planning, and coordination of tests across project phases. You will define test strategy, support customer relationships, and train teams on test tools and processes.

Flexible hours and the option to work remotely are offered, with a minimum gross salary of €3,175 per month under the IT collective agreement. You will coordinate test activities, manage bug fixes and releases, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in software testing and initial experience as a test coordinator.
• High level of customer and service orientation with strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of processes, methods and software development (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).
• Initial experience with test tools such as XRay, HP ALM, Solution Manager or similar tools.

As Consultant Test Management, you are primarily responsible for the preparation, planning and coordination of tests. You also support the definition of the test strategy and the further expansion of customer relationships.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the preparation, planning and coordination of tests in relevant project phases with various stakeholders.

Furthermore, you take responsibility for coordinating bug fixes and test releases.

Reporting on test progress falls within your area of responsibility.

You are responsible for conducting training courses for test management tools and processes.

Supporting the definition of an overarching test strategy as well as the identification and preparation of test data in various test systems is part of your remit.

In addition, you also support your team members in the development of technical test cases.

You also focus on expanding your customer relationships.

Qualifications

You have 2 years of experience in software testing, as well as initial experience as a test coordinator.

You have a high level of customer and service orientation, strong communication skills and you are a team player.

You have acquired basic knowledge of processes, methods and software development (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum).

Initial experience with relevant test tools such as XRay, HP ALM, Solution Manager or similar tools are part of your toolbox.
