As a Senior Consultant SAP Test Management, you lead our clients’ SAP® S/4HANA migration and ensure that every SAP module complies with the highest quality requirements. With your expertise and dedication, you don’t just maintain quality standards – you elevate them.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is € 5,296. Your actual compensation will be defined jointly, depending on your qualifications and experience. We take SAP experience and relevant education into separate consideration.

Responsibilities

In your role as Test Manager for SAP projects (SAP® S/4HANA), you coordinate the test team and manage collaboration with business stakeholders, business analysts, and developers across all project phases.

You design and implement test strategies and plans, ensure effective execution and control of all test activities – including test data management – and align test scope, types, and levels with project and program goals.

You provide guidance on testing tools such as Tricentis and SAP Solution Manager, oversee test case design, manage defect tracking, and ensure transparent reporting.

You take responsibility for compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. GxP, ISO, SOX) and for complete QA documentation, ensuring traceability from test plans to test cases.

You improve existing testing processes, advance test automation, and proactively bring forward ideas to strengthen quality in both agile and traditional project environments.

Additionally, you contribute to developing our QESTIT SAP testing capabilities and expanding our service portfolio.

Qualifications

You have extensive experience in managing SAP project testing and deep expertise in SAP‑specific test methods and processes.

With broad functional SAP knowledge and proficiency in tools such as SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build), Cloud ALM, XRay, and HP‑ALM, you inspire confidence in both clients and colleagues.

You combine assertiveness, accountability, and strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to coordinate and manage several teams at the same time.

You are fluent in both traditional and agile delivery models and consistently enforce high quality standards in software and development.

Your profile is complemented by strong client orientation, a pragmatic hands‑on approach, reliability, and attention to detail.

With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
