Kenton Black in Kronstorf, Austria is seeking an experienced Commissioning CX Project Planner to support the commissioning phase of a major hyperscale data centre project.

You will develop and maintain detailed CX programmes, coordinate with construction, engineering and client teams, monitor progress, and help drive handover to completion on a long-term on-site assignment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain commissioning and CX programmes using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with Commissioning Manager, Project Manager and project team to create realistic schedules.
• Plan sequencing of commissioning activities across MEP systems.
• Monitor progress against baseline and flag delays.
• Track milestones, testing and handover requirements.
• Coordinate information between construction, commissioning, engineering and client teams.
• Produce progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Support recovery programmes when required.
• Review site progress and reflect status in programme data.
• Identify risks, constraints and dependencies and report to the team.
• Assist with handover through to final completion.
• Attend project meetings and provide commissioning updates.

We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning CX Project Planner to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Kronstorf, Austria.

This is a long-term opportunity for a planner with a strong commissioning / CX background who is comfortable working within a fast-paced, technically complex project environment.

The Role

As a Commissioning CX Project Planner, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of commissioning activities across the project, working closely with the wider project, construction and commissioning teams.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring commissioning activities are properly sequenced, tracked and delivered in line with the overall project programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed commissioning and CX programmes using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with the Commissioning Manager, Project Manager and wider project team to develop realistic commissioning schedules.
• Plan and sequence commissioning activities across MEP systems and associated works.
• Monitor progress against the baseline programme and identify potential delays or areas of concern.
• Track commissioning milestones, activities, testing and handover requirements.
• Coordinate programme information between construction, commissioning, engineering and client teams.
• Produce regular programme updates, progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Assist with the development of recovery programmes where required.
• Review progress on site and ensure programme information accurately reflects project status.
• Identify programme risks, constraints and dependencies and communicate these to the project team.
• Support the coordination of commissioning activities through to final completion and handover.
• Attend project meetings and provide clear updates on commissioning progress and upcoming activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Commissioning/ CX experience
• Previous experience working on large-scale construction or MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes and project handover.
• Experience working with multiple project disciplines and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of programme development, sequencing, progress tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while integrating effectively with the wider project team.
