AIT Austrian Institute of Technology's Center for Digital Safety & Security in Vienna invites a senior Ingenious Partner to co-lead research proposals and project tasks within the ThreatGet team. You will shape contributions, plan efforts and budgets, and liaison with partners across national and European programmes.

You bring MSc (PhD preferred) in CS or related field, plus proven experience in coordinating collaborative research and risk assessment in cybersecurity.

Competenze

• MSc in computer science or related field; PhD or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Experience in preparing competitive research proposals and delivering collaborative projects, with growing responsibility.
• Experience with cybersecurity risk assessment or threat modelling and familiarity with standards (ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 62443).
• Excellent English skills (spoken & written); German is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Co-coordinate AIT's research proposals for national and European funding programmes.
• Shape contributions, draft technical sections, plan effort and budgets, liaise with partners.
• Take on tasks and lead work packages in projects, including deliverables and reporting.
• Contribute to ThreatGet's model-based threat analysis platform with formal foundations and graph-based reasoning.
• Translate project results and industrial needs into concepts for development teams.
• Publish results and contribute to scientific and standardisation activities.
• Help shape new research directions, including threat analysis for AI-enabled systems.
• Contribute to shaping the group’s research and project strategy.
