Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC lathe operator to independently set up and run our modern machines, manufacture precision parts to drawing specifications, and participate in ongoing quality inspection.

Qualifications

• Completed training in a metalworking profession, ideally an apprenticeship certificate in machining technology.

Responsibilities

• Independent setup and operation of CNC lathes and manufacturing of precision parts according to drawings and inspection requirements.
• Machine setup based on technical drawings and independent execution of tooling and setup activities.
• Ongoing quality inspection of products and documentation of all completed work.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, product quality and environmental management requirements.
